All firearms must ship to a FFL following all local state and federal guidelines.  FFL information MUST be received prior to shipping any order.

**CANCELED AND RETURNED ORDERS WILL BE REFUNDED LESS 10% FOR FEES AND RESTOCKING** NO EXCEPTIONS PERIOD!

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom upper receivers will typically ship within 3-7 days.  We generally use USPS First Class (for packages under 13. oz), Priority Mail, or UPS as our standard shipping methods depending on value, weight, and distance. Once an order is shipped, we will send an email confirmation with tracking details. This can also be viewed in “My Account”.

 

LOST/DAMAGED Packages:

Please Note: Revolve Dynamics & Designs does not assume responsibility for damaged or lost packages by the shipping carrier. If this is of concern to you then please select optional USPS insurance at your expense.  IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE THE OPTIONAL INSURANCE AND YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST AND YOU ATTEMPT A CHARGEBACK WITH A CREDIT CARD WE WILL CHALLENGE AND PROVIDE YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY INVOICES, TRACKING INFORMATION, PROOF THAT YOU DID NOT PURCHASE OPTIONAL INSURANCE.

 

STOLEN PACKAGES:

Please Note: The insurance purchased upon checkout is USPS’s insurance.  It is not Revolve Dynamics & Design’s insurance.  Revolve Dynamics & Design is only offering USPS insurance for your convenience.  USPS insurance only covers LOST or DAMAGED packages.  USPS insurance DOES NOT COVER STOLEN PACKAGES.  Once an item is marked delivered by USPS and can be confirmed via USPS postmaster, Revolve Dynamics & Design will not be responsible if the package is stolen from the location.  Once an insured package is delivered to the premises USPS will not reimburse for the package if it was stolen.  THIS IS USPS’s POLICY!  Anyone can lie and state a package wasn’t delivered when it was and want a replacement or a refund; thus we WILL NOT refund or replace stolen packages.

Note: USPS Priority Mail 1, 2, or 3-Day is not an express delivery service and times are an estimate based on a best-case scenario. Realistic times are 3-7 days.  If you need your package sooner please select an alternative method of shipment at checkout.

 

International Orders:

Due to ITAR restrictions, we can only ship our products within the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. No shipments will be made to APO/FPO, US Territories, or International addresses.

 

Exchanges & Returns: 

To keep prices low and provide the best service, avoid returns by asking any questions you may have prior to your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product.

If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, or offer you a refund less a 10% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. Returned items that qualified for free shipping will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from the refunded amount. The product must be returned within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.

A 20% open box fee in addition to the 10% restocking fee (totaling 30%) will be assessed on any sealed product that is opened or removed from its original packaging.

Items that have been installed are considered used and are non-returnable.

All returns require an RMA #

Prior to returning an item, please send an email to Revolve Dynamics & Design referencing the order number and item(s) being returned.  Any shipment that arrives without prior notification will be marked “Return to Sender” and returned at the sender’s expense.

The following items may not be returned and all sales are considered final.

2. Handguards and triggers

3. Optics

4. Special Orders

5. Custom Upper Receivers

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping for any returned item(s).

Revolve Dynamics & Design recommends the use of an insured, trackable method of returning products such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Responsibility for products lost or damaged in transit to us is that of the customer, not Revolve Dynamics & Design.  Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected and the customer will be notified of the progress of the return.  Returned orders that qualified for free shipping will have the actual cost of shipping deducted from the refunded amount.

 

Regulatory changes – Federal, State, or Local:

Due to the political nature of the firearm industry, we are not able to accept items for return or exchange based on regulatory changes, whether it be federal, state, or local.

 

Order Cancellation/ Changes:

Orders that are placed and canceled prior to shipping are assessed a 5% fee.

 

Warranties: 

Revolve Dynamics & Design is not a warranty or repair center. All warranty claims must be submitted through the original manufacturer. If it is determined you need warranty service for an item purchased from Revolve Dynamics & Design please contact the manufacturer directly. Revolve Dynamics & Design will assist as needed. Please do not return items to us for warranty or repair as they will be returned to you and further delay your claim process.
